To view or edit your Apple Store Online order, visit online Order Status(opens in new window) and sign in with your Apple Account and password. You can:

Don’t have an Apple Account? Visit the Your Account help page for more details on how to create an Apple Account. You can view and edit your orders without an Apple Account by signing in with your order number, along with the postcode or email address.

Order Status Checking Order Status It's easy to check the status of your order. First, visit Order Status(opens in new window) and enter your Apple Account and password.

Once you sign in, select View Orders. This shows a summary of your most recent order. If you want to view a different order, select View more orders from the drop-down menu on the page.

On the Your Orders page, an order status message displays above each of your items. These messages include:

Order Placed - We’ve received your order and payment information. Though you can’t make changes to your order right now, you’ll be able to when we start preparing your order. Order in Progress - We have all the information needed to complete your order. As soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment. You can still make changes to the order at this point. Preparing to Ship - We’re completing some final details before we ship your order. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the delivery information. At this point, you can no longer make changes to the order. Shipped - You can use the “Track Shipment” button to follow your package online. This information will be available within the first 24 hours of shipment. Delivered - The package has been dropped off at the shipping address specified in your order. If you need to return any part of your order, you can initiate the process online. What does my order status message mean? Under Review - Your order is awaiting process completion of the payment method you have chosen. Partially Shipped - Part of your order has left our warehouse. We often send orders in multiple shipments so that you'll have your products as quickly as possible. The rest of your order will ship as soon as it's ready. Shipped - We’ve shipped your order to you. If you haven't received it yet, you can track your shipment from the order status page. If you need to return your order after you receive it, please follow the simple return instructions or contact Apple Store Customer Service. Action Required - We’re having trouble processing your order because it is missing important information. Please contact us to provide the necessary information and complete the order. Electronically Delivered - Your software download or activation key has been delivered. Check your confirmation email for more information about how to use your product. Complete - All the items in your order have been fulfilled. If you haven't received your order yet, you can track your status on the Order Status website. If you need to return your order after you receive it, please follow the simple return instructions on our Order Status(opens in new window) website or contact Apple Store Customer Service. Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled. We invite you to place a new order at Apple Store Online or call Apple Store Customer Service. Edit your order

Sign in to Order Status online to view an item on your order. You may be able to edit the item if the status reads Order Placed or Order in Progress. See Check Order Status section above for more information on order status messages.

Edit Gift Message and/or Engraving

To edit or delete, select Edit gift messaging or engraving on the Your Account page of Order Status

Edit Shipping Address

If your order is in Order in Progress status you may be able to edit your shipping address on the Your Orders page. Read the Check Order Status section above for more information on order status messages. To edit your default shipping address, select Change your default shipping or billing info on the Your Account page of online Order Status Updates will take effect for future orders.

Edit Email Address

If you didn't receive an Order Acknowledgment, Pickup or Shipment Notification email, we may have an incorrect email address, or the emails are stuck in your spam or junk mail folder. You can update your email address on the Your Orders page of online Order Status

To edit the default email address on your account, sign in to online Order Status and navigate to Account Settings. Edits to the default email address will only take effect for future orders.

Cancellations

So long as your item has not reached Preparing to Ship or Shipped status, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order online. To cancel an order or item, visit online Order Status On theYour Orders page, find the item you want to cancel and select Cancel items.

Once you've submitted your cancel request, the status message of the item will read Cancelled or Pickup Cancelled. If you cancelled an item that was shipping to a physical address, you will not be billed for your item. If you cancelled a pickup item, you may have been billed. We will initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request.

If you are unable to cancel your item online, you may be able to return your item. To see if your item is eligible for a return, refer to the Returns and Refunds help page or call Apple Store Customer Service at 800 850 0668.

View or print receipt

When an item is shipped, Apple issues the corresponding purchase receipt. This will be sent to the email you provided at the time of purchase. To view or print your purchase receipt, go to the Order List(opens in new window) page, select an item to view order information, and click View Receipt at the top of the page. If you need help viewing or printing your receipt, contact Apple Store Customer Service at 800 850 0668.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an Apple Store. We’ll be as brief as our lawyers will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at an Apple Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Apple’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Returns Policy

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Apple Store. In the unlikely event a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product from Apple. The product must be in its original condition with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the payment method. In addition, please note: Apple products purchased through other retailers must be returned to those retailers in accordance with their returns and refunds policies. Products can be returned only in the country where purchased. For returns for cash or cash equivalent over SAR 10,720, Apple will transfer the money to your bank account within ten (10) business days of the return of the product. For returns with a gift receipt, Apple will offer you an Apple Gift Card. For returns paid with your Apple Account balance, Apple will refund the portion paid to your Apple Account or, if unable, an Apple Gift Card. Returned products may require inspection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued within 10 business days. Apple provides security features to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features were activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession, Apple may refuse the return or exchange. To return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the Apple Store where purchased.

Additional Apple Product Terms

Apple provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Apple-branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at http://apple.zhutiblog.com/com/legal/warranty/ and are also contained in your Apple hardware box. Apple's one-year manufacturing warranty is granted separately from and in addition to any consumer protection rights applicable under Saudi Arabian Consumer Law.

Making unauthorised modifications to the software on an iPhone violates the iPhone software license agreement. The common term for modifying an iPhone is jail-breaking, with a particular emphasis on the second part of that term. That’s why we strongly recommend that you do not do so. Should you be unable to use your iPhone due to an unauthorised software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Apple Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apple. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple branded product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction. Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at an Apple Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Prices shown are in Saudi Riyal SAR. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Payment Options:

The Apple Store offers various payment methods. Further information on payment can be found in the Payment & Pricing section of the Help page located at http://apple.zhutiblog.com/com/uk/shop/help/payments.

If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card. If we do not receive authorisation from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another payment method. Your credit card will be charged once we accept your order.

We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Apple may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Apple may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order that was placed on apple.com/sa or through an Apple Contact Center, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Apple’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Apple Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Apple cancels an order after you have already been billed, Apple will refund the billed amount.

To place an order for products or services at the Apple Store, you can visit the store website at http://apple.zhutiblog.com/com/sa, and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your Apple ID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email and SMS you an order confirmation. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email and SMS stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. Once we have sent and you have received the Shipment Notification Email, Apple will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email). All that remains at that point is for us to deliver the product(s) to you, which we will do straightaway so you can begin enjoying the amazing item(s) you purchased at the Apple Store.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard and express delivery options are available through the Apple Online Store and by speaking with our Apple Contact Centre. The standard delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this amount or for express delivery, shipping fees will apply. Please visit http://apple.zhutiblog.com/com/shop/help/shipping_delivery for the current shipping rates and fees. Each item in your order will ship as it becomes available. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside of the covered delivery PIN codes in India. Please check your delivery PIN code is covered before ordering.

Please review the Shipping & Pickup page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from us. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Apple’s control once it leaves our facilities, we will notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. As Apple takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Apple Store, the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s).

In-Store Pickup and Return

Apple offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on apple.com/sa. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Apple will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Apple may cancel it. Please visit http://apple.com/us/shop/help/shipping_delivery for complete details about in-store pickup.

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Apple is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Apple may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Apple reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Apple confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Apple will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Gift Receipt Return Policy

Gift items purchased at an Apple Store can be returned with an original Gift Receipt within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned in the original box with the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you an Apple Gift Card equal to the purchase price of the gift. All other standard purchase policies outlined above apply. The above returns policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
