Return Items Terms and Conditions Return Items Pick-up Point Return PolicyReturns can be dropped off at any Pick-up Point location by printing a return label at that location. Repackage the item(s) and take it to a convenient Pick-up Point within seven days.
When you get there, give your Return Number to the provider to have the label printed.
Apple Store Returns PolicyYou can return your items to an Apple Retail Store within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You need to bring a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of the web order number with your items.
Standard Return PolicyReturns are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. For iPhone returns, please refer to the iPhone Return Policy section below. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

iPhone Return PolicyIf you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone purchase, you can return your undamaged iPhone to the Apple Online Store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please check your Order Status online or call 133‑622 to request a return. The iPhone must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation. Please note that returning your iPhone pursuant to this policy will not automatically cancel your mobile network agreement. You must contact your mobile network operator to cancel your mobile network service. If you cancel your mobile network service, you will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges imposed by your mobile network operator through the termination date, including any early termination fees or penalties, if applicable. Please contact your mobile network operator for more information about applicable fees.
Online returns processYou can initiate a return online once your item(s) have been shipped and invoiced.
Go to online Self Service. Sign in with your Apple Account and password. If you have questions about your Apple Account, please visit the Your Account section of online Help. View the order details of the order containing the item(s) you would like to return. Select the “Return items” link.Note: If you need assistance or do not have an Apple Account, please call 133‑622.
Items in your order will be divided into two groups — items that are eligible to be returned online and items you cannot return. For each item that you can return online, you will need to select the item, a reason for the return and whether you’ve opened the box.
Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your return details. Our carrier will contact you within two (2) business days to arrange collection. Please use the original packaging.
Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
Refund methodsIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item for a refund under Apple’s Sales and Refund Policy.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pick-up item and were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank and may take up to one (1) billing cycle. If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three (3) business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you paid with 0% interest, refunds will be sent to your card issuer (Latitude) within three (3) business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Upon receipt of the return notification from Apple, Latitude will process the refund to your card within three to five (3 to 5) business days. Products purchased from the Apple Online Store using an Apple Store Gift Card will be refunded to you as an Apple Store Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you an Apple Store Gift Card, ask the representative helping you. If you paid for any portion of an item with your Apple Account balance, and are owed a refund for returning or cancelling it, we issue that portion of refund back to your Apple Account balance. However, we will issue this refund amount on an Apple Gift Card by email if your Apple Account balance is at or near the maximum limit. Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. If you purchased your item from Apple, you can take it to any Apple Store in the same country or region for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It’s a good idea to check if a product is in stock by visiting apple.com and then seeing if it’s available for pickup at a store nearby. The only exchange exceptions are personalised items (such as engraved iPad devices or AirPods) and Mac computers that have been custom-configured. These items cannot be exchanged in store; they can only be returned and your refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order (per the guidelines in our Standard Return Policy).
Items ordered on the Apple Online Store that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to any Apple Retail Store in the same country or region, or by contacting Customer Service.

Importantly, the rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products, however these limits will always be subject to your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product from Apple. The product must be in its original condition with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the payment method. However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Australian bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor’s name/information. Please also note that we only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Australia. In addition, please note the following:
Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased. Except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws or regulations, the following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, Apple Gift Cards, and any Apple Developer products. In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Apple will offer you an Apple Gift Card equal to the purchase price of the gift, including tax and any other fees. Except where required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws or regulations, opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return Apple- branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software. For returns to an Apple Retail Store for cash, cash equivalent, and cheque transactions over AUD $870, Apple will refund by bank transfer. Returned products may require inspection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued. Should you wish to return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the Apple Store where originally purchased. Apple provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the phone, Apple may refuse the return or exchange.

Apple Watch ReturnsApple Watch from the Edition collection may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if it’s in its original, undamaged and unmarked condition after passing inspection at Apple’s offsite facility. Pricing and Price Reductions/CorrectionsApple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Apple Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Should Apple reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an Apple Retail Store or contact the Apple Contact Center at 133-622 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Apple within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.
Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.
Prices shown are in Australian dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/ConfirmationApple may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Apple may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Centre order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Apple’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Apple Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Apple cancels an order after you have already been billed, Apple will refund the billed amount.

In-Store Pickup and ReturnApple offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup.
